Back to work....workout that is

I've actually been back to work for a number of months. Over the last 3 months, however, I've seen my duties shift significantly and my time at the office has increased. I'm spending more time there as I get settled into my new responsibilities. This "wasted" time, in my opinion, has really cut into my workouts and bike riding. I actually haven't been bike commuting to work at all because of the stress of my new duties.

The plan is this: I'm going to start working out in the mornings at 24 hour fitness. The bottom line is that I can't let my work get in the way of my physical health. I think this is non-negotiable.
