Weigh in this morning: 251.2 lbs
I don't think I lost 3 lbs of fat/muscle over 24 hours. I am dehydrated and have less food in my gut. Last night before bed I had a piece of bread + about 8 pretzels + a slice of cheddar cheese. For breakfast this morning I had a bowl of honey nut cheerios.
The plan was to go for a mountain bike ride today, but my friends are either wussing out (having breakfast with GF's parents) or they have to pull a night shift and a ride doesn't mesh with their schedule. I may go on my own. If not, the plan is to go for a run despite the rain.
